Refund policy

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for unused and unopened items in their original packaging. 

To initiate a return, please contact us at sales@bohioyukiyu.com with your order number and reason for the reason. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. 

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement. 

Due to hygiene and safety reason, certain items may be non-returnable.
